This was a relaxing stay of brilliant customer service with reasonable prices. I was offered a room with exceptionally good views of the sea. The pool was nice and I had tasty drinks in the poolside bar. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi worked well in all rooms. The location in a very quiet area was absolutely perfect and stunning and there were a mini market and a convenience store nearby.

The hotel's location is great, close to one of the best beaches in Sihanoukville and bars. Excellent service is provided at the resort. - Overall, everything was very good, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sihanoukville.

We loved staying at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. the pool was fantastic, well-maintained with loads of comfortable sunloungers.

There was some noise from construction work nearby, but it wasn't excessive and it didn't bother us too much.

Twin Palms Resort provides a great location near Otres beach, just a short 5-minute walk away. The room and bathroom were clean, with a fridge and safety deposit box provided. Had a fantastic Xmas stay at a brand new resort near Otres Beach. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and the excellent breakfast buffet was a great start to our days. We appreciated the free bicycles to explore the local area, and the pleasant walk through the gardens to reach the lovely pool where we enjoyed refreshing drinks. Complimentary wifi and use of the pool facilities to take a shower were nice extras.

Some minor construction work was going on in the surrounding area, which occasionally caused some noise, but not enough to spoil our holiday. While the location was peaceful and just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride from the beach, there were limited options for dining within walking distance, and we had to venture further to find good restaurants.
